We offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of our wines. If you’re ever not satisfied with any of the wines from the Wine Club, just contact us within a year and we’ll happily send a replacement.

In the event that your shipment suffers damage in transit, please contact us for a replacement. Please don’t attempt to ship any wines back to us.

If you wish to suspend or cancel your Wine Club shipments, please contact us. Note that an order already in progress can’t be stopped or refunded, so your membership will be cancelled before the next scheduled shipment.
