What happened to the review I just sent? I'm not reviewing any wines. My first shipment was short one bottle. I sent you seven emails and left four voicemails between 5/22 and today, with no response from you. I finally had to contact the NY Times Customer Care to get this resolved. The $15.00 for the missing bottle is going to be credited to my home delivery subscription to the paper. PLEASE CANCEL MY WINE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION AND SEND ME AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING THE CANCELLATION IF YOU CAN SOMEHOW MANAGE TO DO YOUR JOB. Your customer service is a disgrace and the wine club is a ripoff.
I can’t review this wine because it never arrived with my shipment. I was shorted 2 bottles from my monthly 6. I left multiple messages with the NYT wine club. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’ve stayed on hold for over an hour. And now you want me to review a bottle that you cheated me out of? Where aremy missing bottles NYT wine club? Or how about a refund I’ve been asking for the past few weeks?
