I’ve had this wine from the club before and it continues to satisfy. Robust but not harsh. I have noted shipping and customer service degradation over last 2-3 months but am willing to be patient. I believe a website change coincided with the beginning of covid-related shipping issues-for this and other vendors. I’ve been satisfied for 2-3 years so await movement back to smoother operations.
You've got to be kidding. No wine review from me. I sent 7 emails and left 4 voicemails between 5/22 and today re the fact that my first shipment was short a bottle. I finally had to contact NY Times Customer Care and ask them to resolve this ridiculous situation caused by your utter refusal to respond. I have requested that my wine club subscription be cancelled. It had better be done or I'll be forced to contact the Times again and take whatever further steps may be necessary, including the Better Business Bureau and/or the NY State Division of Consumer Protection. The wine club is a ripoff and your customer service is a disgrace.
